I loved reading this, Maggie! Earlier this week, I made a bracelet for myself with my kiddo’s bead set that says “integrity” flanked by two plastic gold stars. Based on our work together and how I’ve been living my life up until now, I think that “integrity” is a fantastic word of the year. I also resonate with the sentiment of holding goals loosely; by not strangling the goals, some beautiful things will come, for sure.

Maggie, this was the first thing I read today - on January 1st and I’m so glad my eyes rested here first. I resonate so much with your approach to this year ahead. I especially love the looseness quality of how you intend to enter and walk through each day. “What sparks desire in me? And what leaves me cold?” Those two questions, as simple as they may seem, are integral if we want to live authentically. And I think most people fail to check in with themselves that way. I’m curious- have you read the book, What You Want Wants You by Suzanne Eder? That book opened me up to the concept of simply listening to our own unique desires - as a compass.

I loved reading this, Maggie. Thank you ✨

Thank you Maggie, this is fantastic! Especially love the "warmer, colder" analogy, orienting towards what attracts you / you already love, and the clear definition of "living with intention". Wonderful for you and an inspiration for me!

ps - Liz Gilbert & Rob Bell @ Omega was '23 highlight for me too
