As someone who had “no spine” for a painfully long time, I am writing here about the very real and wonderful fact that things have got much better and I no longer suffer from crippling anxiety. I’m also sharing a bit about the person and process by which I found relief. My intention with this post is to offer hope and resources to people who would dearly love to “get a grip”. I hope it helps someone. I hope you find relief from whatever is making you unhappy, too. I mean that sincerely. It’s tough out there.
